 An Odoo Gold Partner in Barcelona is seeking a proactive, hands-on Project Manager to lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze and optimize their business processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

Your Role:

As an ERP Project Manager, you will lead Odoo implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring fast and effective delivery through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach. You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete Odoo solutions. We avoid unnecessary custom development and focus on real functionality over technical complexity.

What you'll do

  • Analyze clients’ business processes and map workflows to optimize operations.
  • Budget hours needed to implement the tool from taking requirements to production
  • Configure Odoo to the clients´needs. 
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (consultants, developers, stakeholders).
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align priorities.
  • Ensure constant communication with all stakeholders and drive alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will work mostly in Spanish but will communicate with international clients in English. 

Who you are

  • Familiarity with business processes such as sales, inventory, or accounting
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with an MVP focus. 
  • You understand business processes and can navigate between functional and technical conversations.
  • You're organized, resilient, and know how to manage priorities in fast-moving environments.
  • You can say “no” when needed — and explain why — to protect the project and the client relationship.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills are a must.
